Counter-Notification

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court

Repeat Infringers

Block Blast may, in appropriate circumstances, disable access to content or terminate repeat copyright infringers.
